The ASEAN Institute of Educational Technology (AET) — a science & technology organisation under the Vietnam-ASEAN Research Association, licensed by the Ministry of Science & Technology and operational since 08·10·2010.
The AET story
It started with a simple question — how do we train ASEAN's technology workforce most effectively?
AET was founded in October 2010 after a decade of work inside higher education. We believed that vocational and specialised training — when paired with modern educational technology and serious industry partnerships — could meaningfully shrink the gap between the classroom and the workplace. Fifteen years later, that conviction has shaped four operating divisions under the Institute.
